Approved Color Schemes Book
The Huntcliff Park at Meadow Woods community has a approved color book of the color schemes allowed within the community. Homeowners have to choose one of this color scheme when looking to paint their house. The schemes cannot be mixed and the scheme must be used as shown on the color book. Homeowners must also follow the follwing guidelines when choosing a color scheme:
- Body/Garage door must be the same color.
- Trim/Front Door must be the same color if scheme does not specify color for door.
- Do not choose a color that is the same as your neighbor on either side of you or in front of your home.

Approved Shingle Color:
The Huntcliff Park at Meadow Woods community has two approved colors for shingles – Weathered Wood and Pristine Weathered. Various brand names carry these shingle colors. Please contact the management company for further information.
